A high-intensity coaching session to help you map out your project alongside the change activities.   This session will enable you to go away with a working knowledge of the change activities needed in each of the project stages, alongside linking these with your existing project.

A 4 week coaching programme where we work together on your project to give you the knowledge and skills to run a successful change programme.   During the sessions we will take a close look at the change activities and how these link with the project lifecycle, alongside working together to develop materials to support your change.   Each week builds on the last and will be tailored to you and your specific needs.   This package comes with a follow up session that you can book in at a time to suit, meaning you can have a progress check in whenever you need it.   This package is the perfect blend of practical activities and knowledge to ensure you deliver a successful change.

  • 4 hours of dedicated coaching over a 4 week period

  • Follow up session of an hour which can be booked at a time of your choosing

A comprehensive coaching program designed to give you the knowledge and practical skills to deliver a successful change, alongside assisting you in developing change materials ready to be used in your projects.    In the advanced programme, we take a deep dive into your project and work through change strategies, change impacts, resistance management, stakeholder engagement, governance set up and benefits realisation.   Giving you a comprehensive overview of change management and assistance in developing core change tools that you will be using in your projects.   This package comes with 3 follow up check in sessions that you can book in at any point, so you can get regular help and support to keep your change on track.

  • 12 hours of dedicated coaching over a 12 week period

  • 3 hours of follow up sessions which can be booked at a time of your choosing to keep you on track
