Is the free 30 minute call really free?

 

Absolutely!   The free call is a way that we can connect and discuss your change to see how my services may fit with you and what you want to achieve.   During the session we will discuss your needs and I will provide more information on what I can offer.  If at the end of the call, you don't want to proceed, no problems at all and I will wish you all the best on your change journey.  As you read this, you may not know me, but I am not a pushy person and really do just want to help people make a successful change.

Why are there no prices on your coaching packages?   Does that mean they are expensive?

 

For a very limited time I am offering a 'Pay what you think it's worth' pricing structure.    What this means is that there is a small upfront cost of £50 and then after that you decide how much you want to pay me!   You are completely in charge.  The reason for the upfront charge is that this shows that you are willing to put in the effort to make your change as unfortunately after starting this payment approach my rate of cancellations and no shows shot up, so the upfront charge is a way of helping avoid that.

How do I pay you

​

For my coaching services, you decide how much you want to pay me!   To make a payment, click on this link to take you to the payments page.   Once here, select the Donate button.   This will take you to Paypal where you can input how much you want to pay me.      For my Business Change services, you have the option of paying via Paypal or bank transfer.

What types of changes can be covered in your workshop?

Any change that affects how people work.
This includes new software, process changes, role changes, restructures, or new ways of working. If your team needs to understand, adopt, or use something new, this workshop will help.

Do we need to prepare anything beforehand for the workshop?

​

Just the basics:

• what’s changing

• who’s involved

• your project goals

I’ll guide you through everything else. No heavy prep required and we will cover off quite a bit in the free 30 minute call beforehand.

How many people can take part in the workshop?

​

Most SMEs and larger businesses involve 4–12 people, but the day works for any team size.
If you have a larger group, we can structure the sessions to keep things focused and productive.

Is the workshop just training?

​

Not exactly.
It’s a practical, facilitated day that sorts the people side of your change - success measures, alignment, communication, adoption, training, benefits and readiness.  Training will be part of the day, but the focus is on making your rollout succeed.
